TIER ONE - THE EXERCISE PACKAGE

£150

Equivalent of £12.50/week

Tier One is a structured and progressive program, designed to set the foundations for restoring your natural movement and unlocking your body's true potential.

Purchase gives access to a beginners and standard plan, with guidelines for which plan to choose. To get the most from the plan, it is advised to be able to achieve more than 10 pressups, 4 pull ups (assisted), and run a mile in under 10 minutes. However, the plan is highly adjustable to account for this - and support can be given to help you make the correct adjustments.

By building foundational strength with certain key moves, and then adding unique dynamic movements that incorporate ways of moving that are always left out of run of the mill gym programs, you will start to learn and develop exactly what your body is capable of achieving.

With the purchase you have access to the app for 14 weeks, after which you can enrol into a membership program for a small monthly fee to keep your food diary, progress photos, results tracking, the program itself and a host of bonus workouts all in your account in one handy place. If this isn't for you, then you can print the workouts, and keep them as a hard copy.

After 14 weeks from date of purchase, you will have the option to enrol into a monthly membership program, this enables continued access to the app, program, tracking and data you have collected. As well as future program updates and bonus exercise tutorials. If you do not wish to enrol and receIve the bonus content, you will lose access to the program and app.

 

Membership cost: £10.50 per month or £100 per year.

All workouts are set with flexible scheduling, using minimal equipment. You need some kettlebells, for an average gym goer 10kg-20kg will be plenty, resistance bands, sandbag or rucksack and a pull up/dip bar. No need to go to a gym.

The course is 12 weeks long, delivered via an app to give full detailed instructions and videos of the exercise, sets, reps and rest periods, taking the guesswork out of your training.

There is ongoing encouragement, as well as motivational and educational content via the app and email, as well as support via a private Facebook group.

Included as a bonus is a food diary, results tracking for various metrics and some bonus coaching content. The food diary and tracking tools are extremely valuable - allowing you to understand when to train and when to rest.

OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAM - DEVELOPED AFTER YEARS OF TRIAL AND ERROR

Having to expect more from his body than he initially thought possible in arduous environments during his time in the Royal Marines, Luke started to wonder if the "traditional" methods worked as well as they should.

Going on to study the body, personal training and a BSc in physiotherapy lead to this school of thought.....Does it get to a point where simply "being stronger" stops being beneficial if searching for true performance.

It soon started to become apparent that simply being stronger and putting on more muscle bulk does not translate to how evolution and nature intended us to move.

Our bodies want to be quick, agile, and responsive to change. 

But to do that, WE MUST tap into how they are meant to move naturally. Most gyms are not natural. They do not reflect the body's natural movement patterns or respect the way our tissues are meant to work. In actual fact, a lot of the time they GO AGAINST the very principles they are meant to work from.

This tier involves a huge level of app-based coaching. It takes my system and fully utilises the capability of the platform. Much more than just exercising, this brings all the benefits and lessons I have learnt to the fore.

 

As well as the workout program, you receive new lessons every couple of weeks across three different disciplines - nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. These add up through the course of the 12 weeks to create a much more balanced human - as well as creating lifelong habits that will improve your health and fitness whilst seemingly taking little to no effort once you have set the foundations.
